[...] Murray the Nut is prob my fave web comic cuz it’s quick, funny, and requires no super-nerd knowledge to understand (like 9/10 other web comics [don't debate me on this cuz you'll fucking lose, I DID MY RESEARCH]). [...]
What reason do you have to assume it’s directly proportional?? It doesn’t make sense, there are actually a few 18 year old porn stars out there, and they aren’t claiming to be 13. Why even would it be piece-wise linear?
Otherwise, the original question says that a 23 & 27 year old would have a porn age of 17 & 20, respectively when they should have the ages of 18 & 19.
Every so once in a while, the former math nerd in me flares up. You guys know how it is! Right? Um…anyone? *Crickets*
I know this is really nitpicking, but when you write nerd-comics, you kinda leave yourself open for it:
The formula in the comic is flawed by the fact that if you multiply 23 * Kpa, you get around 17. And stated in the comic, actresses between 23-27 are aiming at 18-19 ages. So…. given conditions fail!
You’re taking a 4 year age gap and mapping it to a 2 year age gap. You’re gonna need more than basic scaling to get it right.
The average is 19, not 18.5. Because you are 18 and 19 for 24 months, not for 12. Lol. Maybe I’m am getting too technical, but your constant would make you younger, which is always better!

except xkcd is boring and redundant with the same formula while this is useful

Actually,
Kpa = .25
And Real Age * Kpa + 12.25 = Porn Age
Otherwise, the original question says that a 23 & 27 year old would have a porn age of 17 & 20, respectively when they should have the ages of 18 & 19.

I always love how many (most) nude & non-node models have been 18 for a decade.

Why are Kilo Pascals the multiplier for the porn age?

But anyway….. HAHA PORN STARS ARE OLD

you are totally forgetting about the milf part of the equation…
March 15th, 2010 at 9:15 pm
This isn’t a bad model
Porn Age = 18+e^(Age/9-2)
Real Porn
17 18
25 19
30 21
40 28
60 123!!
