    This is really interesting! You call it a flow chart of your emotions when it’s really a flow chart of your thought that create your emotions. I find the link between thought and emotions fascinating. This chart is brilliant. My chart is different from yours, but just as fucked up! Thanks for making me feel less alone.

    Agreed, seeing psychiatrist and psychologists can definitely help many people. It’s all about expressing and accepting how you’re feeling. That seems to be the path to moving forward at least for me.
